Pricing questions.
- What counts as a user?
- Anyone with their own login on your team — a partner agent, a team leader, a transaction coordinator, or a vendor like your photographer. The first user is included in the $20. Each additional one is $10/month, on monthly or annual billing.
- What does a team actually pay?
- Take a five-person team: $20/month for the first login plus $10/month for the other four, so $60/month for the whole shop — unlimited listings and unlimited sellers, and every seat gets the Board.
- Are vendors free?
- No. A vendor seat costs the same $10/month as any other user. They see only the tasks assigned to them, but they're a real login and we don't play seat games.
- Are there per-listing or per-transaction fees?
- None. Run four listings or forty — the price is the same.
- How does the free trial work?
- 14 days, full access. A card is required so the trial converts automatically. Cancel any time before day 15 from Settings → Billing.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes, monthly to annual or back, any time from Settings → Billing.
- Do you have brokerage pricing?
