What is listing management?

Do I have to abandon my current tools?

No, on purpose. Your brokerage's e-sign vendor and forms library are the right tools for that. Keep them. We handle everything around them.

Not today. Everyone with a login on the team sees the team's listings — that shared view is the whole point. Vendors are the exception: they see only the tasks assigned to them, nothing else.

Yes — they see the same screen you do, which is the point. No weekly status call and no "where are we on Oak Street?" texts.

Yes. Vendors get their own login and see only the tasks assigned to them. Their My Work view rolls up their tasks across every agent and brokerage that hires them, so one login covers all of it.
